Macap is the abbreviation for Macina Caffè Petiziol. Founded in 1930 in the Venetian hinterland of Italy, Ottorino Petiziol opened a dedicated mechanical workshop focused on producing coffee grinders and bar equipment.

The factory was proudly carried forward by the second generation, brothers Luigi and Antonio, and is now run by the third generation – Susanna and Marco. Today, Macap blends decades of Venetian craftsmanship with modern industrialization, making it a top name in coffee grinders.
