YOUR MOKA FOR INDUCTION HOBS

Moka Induction is the first Moka suitable for use on induction hobs.

The aluminum upper part, the same material as the classic Moka, combined with a steel boiler, suitable for induction hobs.

NEW BI-LAYER TECHNOLOGY

The innovant bi-layer technology for the boiler combines the use of aluminum (inner part) , which ensures coffee is prepared  according to the best Italian coffeemaking tradition, and the steel (external part) which ensures perfect using on all the cooking hobs, including induction.

THE EASIEST WAY TO PREPARE COFFEE:

Preparing coffee with Moka Induction is a breeze. Fill the boiler up to the safety valve, insert the filter, add ground coffee without pressing, securely close the pot, and place it on the stove at medium heat. Once it starts to gurgle, turn off the heat and wait for the full extraction.

THE RIGHT NUMBER OF ESPRESSO CUPS!

Coffee can be enjoyed in Espresso Cups or in larger containers: for example, a 4-cup Moka Induction will fill  a mug nicely.

FIRE IT UP!

Moka Induction pot is suitable for induction, gas cooktops, electric stove top and propane camping stoves

Simply wash with water

Your Bialetti Moka Induction must  only cleaned by rinsing every component with simple water. Do not use any detergent nor put it in the dishwasher, as it damages the product and the taste of your coffee.

A sustainable way of preparing coffee

Using Bialetti Moka Induction is a 100% sustainable way of preparing your coffee, as it produces no waste, is cleaned without detergents and with little maintenance it will last a lifetime.

OUR LOGO

But who is the man with the moustache?

The man with the moustache is Renato Bialetti, the son of the inventor of the Moka, Alfonso. It was designed in 1953 by the Italian artist Paul Campani.

  • THE QUINTESSENCE OF ITALY

“Vuoi un caffè?”

As soon as someone comes to visit, the first thing they will be asked when entering an Italian home is whether they would like a cup of coffee. A Bialetti coffee maker as the Moka Induction  one on the stove is a full multisensorial experience, beyond the taste of coffee: its gurgling is a relaxing musical sound, and the intense aroma you can scent all over the kitchen will soon become your favorite perfume.
